The prestige-booklet consists of 5 souvenir sheets and pages with the interesting description of the cities presented on five stamps. Stamps was issued in current of 2009.

On stamps and souvenir sheets of mills is not present. But the plots with mills have been used on two pages of the booklet.

Additional:

On the first page the corn mill De Hoop (of Hope), located in Roosendaal (city and municipality in the south of the Netherlands) is shown.

Following is the Adam windmill, whis is located in Delfzijl (city and municipality in the north of the Netherlands)
