*"Think Green" was the theme chosen by PostEurop for year 2016 and for celebrating of 60th anniversary of CEPT issues.

For design of main stamp for this issue was choosen the work of Ms. Doxia Sergidou (Cyprus). 
Thus we see a hand moving a paint roller from the left which shows a polluted grey coutryside, to the right, where it is creating a greener & more pleasant environment. The hand, is the hand of each & every one of us as, contributing towards the creation of a cleaner and better world for generations to come.
